"Lunchtime at the Falls" Photo of the Day: December 23, 2015
This cute little mammal was snacking on some seeds in probably the most photogenic place that it could have possibly been - in Yellowstone National Park, at the Lower Falls of the Yellowstone River. I got a couple of shots before it became camera shy and turned its back to me and continued munching!

"Storm Over Yellowstone Lake" Photo of the Day: August 20, 2015
The cloud cover after an intense rain storm over Yellowstone Lake begins to break apart. This was difficult to shoot as I was standing near a sulfer vent, and I had to consistently clean the lens from the build up of condensation from the steam!

"Glacial Lake" Photo of the Day: August 18, 2015
Glacier National Park, you are stunning. I have had the privilege of visiting this beautiful park twice before, each time driving the length of it's famous "Going to the Sun Road". The scenery and hiking is some of the best that I have ever experienced! This was shot at a lake after a short hike from the road.

Photo of the Day: August 4, 2015 "Canyon in Yellowstone"
The Yellowstone River in Yellowstone National Park carves out some beautiful canyons and gorges, including this stunning one. While Yellowstone is famous for its geysers, hot springs, and mudpots don't forget to experience the incredible rolling landscapes that were shaped from the volcanic activity over the years. If you ever get the opportunity to visit this incredible park, do so. You will not be disappointed!

"Grand Prismatic Runoff" - Generally considered as one of the most beautiful places on earth, Yellowstone National Park has a lot to offer for photographers. This is a shot of some runoff from the Grand Prismatic spring in the park. Bacteria gives the third largest hot spring in the world its incredible color.
