One of my favorite summer activities is visiting some of the many different parks that are located throughout the Twin Cities here in Minnesota. This metropolitan area is known for its incredible park systems and if you like water this is a great place for you to be...with over 14,000 lakes, one can always find new shorefront to explore! On top of that, there are all sorts of rivers (including the mighty Mississippi) and streams. I've lived here my entire life and still havnt seen half of the natural wonders that this area of the world has to offer. Thanks to Alyssa for taking this photo of me while adventuring last week!
